www.artsyfartsyjewelry.com makes it's debut on the world wide web. Just like our product, it's nothing fancy....but hopefully you'll get a better look at what we are doing and have done.
Would love to hear what you think...good, bad, and ugly. Ok -- no ugly except from web architects who have a right to criticize my primative efforts.

Website Woes...
I think I could lose my religion trying to get a website built and published....much less have the time AFTER it is on the web to update it with new photos! How in the HECK are we supposed to be do-it-all business owners and still find time to keep the "business" of the business moving forward? Like time to create MORE Artsy fartsy jewelry? Sheesh.
So...Ta Dahhhh....Artsy Fartsy Jewelry is moving into the cyber age....with plans for a website "gallery" that will afford customers and folks who are just plain interested in having a look/see instead of waiting to come get touchy feely with our stuff at a show. The idea is to support more custom orders where the colors and style is made up to customer request. Because try as I may....there are too many variables in color, texture and style to make them all up and keep them in the inventory. I would get bored making the same things in a production mentality, and chances are the customer would prefer one color over another anyhow. So, that's the web marketing plan....we'll see how it goes. Meanwhile, I will continue to design exciting new pieces to test market to those lucky souls who make it to my shows! A little something for EVERYONE!
Artsy Fartsy recently went INTERNATIONAL with sales in Madrid, Spain through a shop named "Little Miss Maimun." And on top of that we now have pieces featured in the renowned Richmond, Virginia Gallery "Quirk" as well. No tellin' where we'll show up next.
So ya'll come see, touch and try on Artsy Fartsy Jewelry at any of the seven Spring shows confirmed in the DC Metro area. Just check the events calendar on the new fangled ARTSY FARTSY WEBSITE....that is if I ever get it published! http://artsyfartsyjewelry.com

It's new, It's FUN....it's RECYCLED?
Yep! It's Artsy Fartsy Jewelry made from recycled plastic containers. Seeing, touching and feeling is believing when it comes to my creations. The jewelry of Artsy Fartsy comes alive in person! So come see me when you can...until then, let's talk about exciting resource I've discovered in recycled plastic.
Hi there, I'm Susi D. the artist in residence at the Artsy Fartsy Studio in my home in Alexandria, Virginia. That said, there are many other friends, relatives, co-workers, in-laws and out-laws who contribute to the creativity and stash of recycled containers that make their way into AFJ designs.
I've got some great stuff to talk about and can't wait to hear your ideas and thoughts about it! So bye for now....but let's talk again soon...
